Construction Management

Preconstruction Services include Program Management, Scope Development, Conceptual and detailed Estimating, Scheduling, Design Management and Procurement.

Construction Services include Project Management, Project Engineering, Procurement/Submittal Management, Change Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Safety, Field Office Administration.

Project Closeout includes Project Management, Engineering and Administration to provide As-Builts, O&M Manuals, Product Certifications, Warranties, Final Invoicing and Lien Waivers.

Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management

APECS has the expertise to provide a range of direct and consultation services in environmental health, safety and risk management.  From project safety inspections to full program audits, APECS can support your project or company with policy development, project safety plans, emergency planning, incident investigations and environmental health and safety training to support a proactive safety culture.  APECS personnel have conducted over 1500 site safety inspections and can even serve as subject matter experts for incident litigation.
